In this work I explore the connection between a person and the environment. “I want to live with you” is not just a declaration of the desire to be close, but also about how our home, our street, our neighborhood become a part of ourselves. These works are an attempt to understand what it means to live not just in space, but with it, with its history, architecture and spirit.
The work displays the architecture of the area - lines, shapes, buildings that become an integral part of everyday life. With the help of embroidery, with its soft but clear contours, I build space. Small details depicting houses recreate a whole world where every element is important, where every detail of the architecture has meaning.
